Expand your career opportunities in the HVAC industry with our duct testing certification course
Optimizing our heating, ventilation, and air condition systems to be the most effective and efficient they can be is one of the primary modern challenges in the HVAC industry. With the International Energy Conversation Code setting baseline standards for power and performance each building “envelop” — i.e., the boundary that separates heated or cooled air from unconditioned outside air — earning your certification in HVAC Duct & Envelope Tightness Testing can open doors and help you provide the best standard of service for you customers.
You’ll be able to demonstrate knowledge of:
- Duct testing protocols and standards
- Building envelope testing protocols and standards
- How to complete the calculations needed for the code forms
- How to track down the location of duct leaks
