What Do Medical Laboratory Technicians Do?

Medical Laboratory Technicians aren’t directly involved in the administering of patient care. As an MLT, you will use highly-advanced laboratory equipment to conduct various tests on bodily fluids and tissue samples.

You’ll also be responsible for entering the data you obtain in patients’ medical records and discussing the test results with physicians when necessary.
